Terms & Conditions

To book a spot in the NOOK. Just contact us at hello@thenook.studio or fill this form on our website. 

Once the slot is confirmed, we will ask for your information to complete the booking, along with a payment of either 50% or 100% of the total amount, depending on the booking date. A booking will be officially confirmed from our end upon receipt of payment for the invoice, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon in writing with the NOOK studio. 

During the reserved time, it is required to leave the studio in the same clean and orderly condition as it was found, ensuring all accessories and furniture are returned to their original positions, and that the lighting equipment is switched off and properly stored

Any damage resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the user. Consequently, any expenses for repairs or returns are kindly requested to be covered by the user.

Any alterations, decorations, or additions to the studio must be approved in writing by the NOOK studio before implementation.

Opening and Closing Times

Mon. to Fri. : 9.00am - 7.00pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance. 

Sat. to Sun : 10.00am until 6.00pm

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the start time of the booking, the full booking fee will be refunded to the client.

Clients have the option to cancel their reservation between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the start of the event and will receive a refund of 50% of the reservation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Insurance

Clients are kindly asked to have appropriate public liability insurance as they will not be covered by the studio insurance. Additionally, clients are responsible for insuring all items they bring into the building.

Additional informations

Upon booking our studio, the entire space, including the shooting area, makeup area, is exclusively reserved for you and your team. However, for security purposes, a member of our team may be in the office corner during your session.

There is paid parking on the street, outside the studio.

The Studio does not provide soundproofing.

Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted in the studio.

Bringing glitter, candles, feathers, sand, or paint into the studio without our prior agreement is not permitted under any circumstances.

Pets are allowed, but please ensure they don't cause any damage.
